Maintenance
For Understand 2.5, one year of maintenance is included with the initial purchase. This means you get our outstanding technical support, plus any new versions (updated versions are released weekly), for 12 months following purchase at no extra charge. After the initial year is up, the cost to renew maintenance is 18% of the original purchase price, each year.
