| Corporate History |

We wrote tools for other programmers while working at a large defense contractor.
We convinced them to let us take those tools commercial in 1986. The rest is
history.... We are still going strong and continue to focus on helping programmers
understand, document, maintain, and measure their software. |

| The company is based in St.
George, UT, which is in the Southwest corner of Utah,
near the Arizona
and Nevada borders. It
is the home of Zion National
Park. We also maintain an East Coast office in the Upper
Connecticut River Valley of Vermont
and New Hampshire, near
Dartmouth College. |

We hire infrequently and not based on need to do a given job, but instead to
bring in somebody we want to work with. We look for smart people with Computer
Science degrees who are easy to get along with. Life is too short to work with
