One year of technical support and product upgrades are included. This means you get help + any new versions for a year after purchase. The cost to renew support in following years is 18% of the purchase price
Both options cost the same.
One option is the Floating License, which is handy when more than one person needs the tool but not at the same time. The licenses may float to users on Windows or UNIX workstations and are managed by a floating license server. For more information on setting up a floating license server click here. The floating license manager is included with our tools.
Another option is Specific Developer Licensing (SDL), which assigns a license to a given user, but doesn't require installation of a floating license manager. An SDL license isn't tied to a machine, its assigned user may install and use it on any workstation they use. In multiple license orders (such as the 10 pack and 5 pack above) you can specify a mix (i.e. 6 floating, and 4 SDL licenses).
