Quantity discounts
We've simplified our pricing structure, to make ordering for a team or project very attractive, and to remove the headaches of calculating the best discount. Now the unit price drops for each additional license ordered, instead of having price breaks only at set quantities. This is much more straightforward and provides big savings to our customers. For example: Ordering 10 licenses of Understand 2.0 saves 33% off the price if they were ordered separately. Ordering 25 licenses together yields a total savings of 50%.

Maintenance
For Understand 2.0, L1 and L2, one year of maintenance is included with the initial purchase. This means you get our outstanding technical support, plus any new versions (updated versions are released weekly), for 12 months following purchase at no extra charge. After the initial year is up, the cost to renew maintenance is 18% of the original purchase price, each year.

Standard Terms
Corporate purchase orders are accepted by fax to 877.512.0765. VISA, MasterCard, American Express also accepted. Credit references are not required. Terms: Net 30; FOB: St. George, UT; Formal quotations available on request by Emailing Sales.
